Confirmation Policy

• We would be delighted to plan your holiday and confirm your reservation depending upon the availability of the hotels/ airlines at the time of making payments. For the confirmation of the package, you can deposit the amount in any branch of PNB bank.

• You can deposit by cash and online in any branch of this bank.

Cancellation Policy

• The package once booked is refundable and cancellable.

• Date of booking to 30 days before travel the cancellation charges will be 10% of the tour cost

• 30 to 15 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost

• 15 to 7 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost

• 0 to 7 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost. No refund shall be given

Please note cancellation policy is subject to change. It depends on the hotel policy. In peak season, some hotels may charge 100% cancellation.

Terms & Conditions

• Rooms are subjected to availability.  No reservation will be made until confirmed. The above-mentioned rates are just quotations and are valid to mentioned dates and months.

• If we are not able to get the original hotels, shall provide equivalent/ alternative hotels.

• In a few tourist destinations, the facilities of Hotel, Services, and Aids, etc. cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in Himachal are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.; 1*, 2*, 3* and so on.

  
  

• We may have to reschedule the sightseeing days due to the closing of any monument during that particular day as to ensure smooth execution of tours.

• Final confirmation acceptance should be only written basis & No discount will be provided after the issuance of confirmation letter.

  
  

• As per the recent Government notification, guests to show the ID Proof at the time of Check-in. Guests are requested to carry required documents with them for traveling.
