Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Chandigarh - Shimla
Pick up from the Chandigarh and drive to Shimla.
Check into the hotel and evening time is free to explore Shimla.
One night stay and dinner in the hotel.
Day 2: Shimla - Sangla
Day 3: Sangla - Chitkul - Sangla
In the morning after breakfast will be exploring the famous spots of the Sangla.
Later will be driving to Chitkul the last village of Indo-Tibetan Border.
Explore the Chitkul village and its surrounding.
In the evening back to Sangla and enjoy dinner along with the night stay at the camp.
Day 4: Sangla - Kalpa
After breakfast check out from the camp and drive to Kalpa.
On arriving to Kalpa, check into the hotel.
Post lunch and rest in the hotel.
In the evening will be visiting to Buddhist Gompa and back to the hotel along with the dinner.
Day 5: Kalpa
In the early morning enjoy, the sunrise beauty of Kinner Kailash.
After breakfast, explore the surrounding areas of Kalpa.
In the evening, back to the hotel and have dinner followed by night stay.
Day 6: Kalpa - Sarahan - Shimla
After breakfast check out from the hotel, drive back to Shimla.
On your way to Shimla, will be visiting to Sarahan where we are going to visit Bhimakali Temple.
In the late evening will reach Shimla, check into the hotel and have dinner along with the night stay at the hotel.
Day 7: Shimla - Chandigarh
After breakfast check out from the hotel, drive back to Chandigarh.

If we are not able to get the original hotels, shall provide equivalent/ alternative hotels.
No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Roadblocks or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
Base category rooms will be provided in every package category.
Extra bed means Extra mattress.
AC will not be provided in hill stations.
Charges for heater will be extra.
The car may or may not have power windows.
In a few tourist destinations, the facilities of Hotel, Services, and Aids etc. cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in Himachal are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.; 1*, 2*, 3* and so on.
We may have to reschedule the sightseeing days due to the closing of any monument during that particular day as to ensure smooth execution of tours.
Extra cost may be applied for any unexpected event.
Final confirmation acceptance should be only written basis & No discount will be provided after the issuance of confirmation letter.
In case of a vehicle not going to Rohtang Pass by any kind of new guidelines proposed by NGT-National green tribunal /Supreme Court, Adventure 1st holidays will not be responsible in any case.
If vehicles will be allowed to go to Rohtang pass the guest will have to bear the expenses on his own if he/she wishes to go to Rohtang pass.
These rates will be applicable for off Season.
Check-in - 1300 Hours: Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.
Check out - 1200 Hours : Early check-in & late check-outs are subject to availability.
Terms & Conditions
No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service.
Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
Room allocation is done by the hotel representatives depending upon availability at the time of check-in in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.
No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of the hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on a case to case basis.
CONFIRMATION POLICY:
We would be delighted to plan your holiday and confirm your reservation depending upon the availability from the hotels/ airlines at the time of making payments. For the confirmation of the package you can deposit the amount in any branch of PNB bank.
You can deposit by cash and online in any branch of this bank.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
The package once booked is refundable and cancellable.
Date of booking to 30 days before travel the cancellation charges will be 10% of the tour cost.
30 to 15 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost.
15 to 7 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost.
0 to 7 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost. No refund shall be given.
Please note cancellation policy is subject to change. It depends on the hotel policy. In peak season, some hotels may charge 100% cancellation.
