✔ 5% GST on total package cost.

✔ Cost of any adventure activities like Gondola Ride, Skiing, Motor Bike, River rafting, Pony / Sledge Ride etc.

✔ Extra Meals - Meals not included in package anything not specifically mentioned under the head “Prices included”. 

✔ Cost of Union Cab services in Pahalgam, Gulmarg and Sonamarg.

✔ Guide fees, Camera fees, shopping & any monument entrances. 

✔ Guest Entry Fee at Gulmarg / Aru.

✔Entrance fee for Mughal Gardens or for any Park/ Museum/Monument.

✔ Expenses of personal nature such as laundry, mini bars, etc. 

✔ Any expense incurred by unforeseen/natural circumstances e.g. flight delays/cancellations, road blockage, vehicle breakdown, strikes, etc. 

✔ The cost of chained vehicles from Tangmarg to Gulmarg & Gulmarg to Tangmarg or Sonamarg in case of heavy snow.

·     Rooms are subject to the availability.  No reservation has been made till date. This is just a quotation. The above rate is valid only for mentioned dates/ month.

·         The above Quotation is only an offer and not confirmation of your bookings. If we are not able to get the original hotels, shall provide equivalent/ alternative hotels.

·         No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road blocks or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

·         We shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to landslides, flight cancellations, weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances. The additional cost incurred will be in addition to the cost 

·         Base category rooms will be provided in every package category.

·         Extra bed means Extra mattress.

·         AC will not work in Hill Stations.

·         Heater charges are extra.

·         The car may or may not have power windows.

·         The above cost is based on existing tax structure, if any case the tax structure changes (vehicle & hotels) the cost will also change.

·         In few tourist destinations, the facilities of Hotel, Services, and Aids etc. cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in Himachal are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.; 1*, 2*, 3* and so on.

·         It is mandatory to carry the Photo identity Proof during travel and have to be presented at the time of Check Inn in all hotels for security reason. 

·         We shall not responsible for any natural climate.

·         We may have to re-schedule the sightseeing days due to closing of any monument during that particular day as to ensure smooth execution of tours.

·         Every sightseeing will depend on time

·         Rohtang pass & Manikaran is not include in this package

·         Extra cost may be applied for any unexpected event.

·         Final confirmation acceptance should be only written basis & No discount will be provided after the issuance of confirmation letter.

Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.

·         No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable. 

·         Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher. 

·         No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on case to case basis.

·         50% advance to be deposited at the time of booking confirmation.

·         Balance 50% before 15 days from the Tour Starts.

Confirmation: - 

·         We would be delighted to plan your holiday and confirm your reservation depending upon the availability from the hotels/ airlines at the time of making payments. For the confirmation of the package you can deposit the amount in any branch of PNB bank.

·         You can deposit by cash and online in any branch of this bank.

CANCELLTION POLICY:

·         Prior to 45 days or more - 25% of tour cost

·         Between 44 and 31 days of departure - 40% of tour cost

·         Between 30 and 15 days of departure - 50% of tour cost

·         Between 14 days and 7 prior to date of departure - 75%

·         Between 6 days and in case of no show - 100%
